Summary: The hotel is an old plantation house and full of character, however it does need updating and some maintenance.

Summary: The hotel was fabulous. Great clean room. Very friendly, helpful staff. Very quiet, park like hotel. Lots of beautiful peacocks abound. Incredibly beautiful pool.

Summary: This poor old manor needs a major facelift. She way past her prime. The staff was very nice but that’s really where the good ended. The grounds need a major manicure, the building is in disrepair and really needs to be closed for a major renovation. The restaurant is extremely expensive and very small portions. 3 silver dollar pancakes $9US. The pool “area” needs to have a more dedicated area. The loungers were just set in a shared grassy area. Not very relaxing. For a night before a cruise it would work, but for anything longer I’d stay somewhere else. It’s very far from any decent restaurants or the beach. A taxi each way is $25 Barbados. I’d pick somewhere else next time.

Summary: This was a wonderful visit because of the staff who were ll delightful and accommodating. Big shout out ot Jason the driver who was great in transporting us!! Only one issue we had "No Hot water" most of our visit due to the solar heating of water it had been overcast little sun. We were told they turned on heater but still cold. Please don't let that keep you from staying the positives do OUTWEIGH ANY negatives. We absolutely loved our room and stay. Thank you for a wonderful time especially the view of fireworks NYE on the deck we saw 4 different firework shows from the deck area in the backyard.
